Personal Note: Cairo, Egypt was my home for four years. The people there and the places I used to frequent played a huge role in making me the person I am today. I wish I could make icons - I'm wondering if someone could make some immigration / immigration law icons? I don't have any images in mind...

I have NO idea how to create animated gifs. However, as a Massachusetts native, I would really like to have an icon that flashes back and forth:
