Oh my God, I love it. This is what Remus/Sirius should be, isn't it?? They're friends and the slight barely-there ust and they joke and laugh and are just too goddamn adorable, really, this was perfect. PERFECT, I tell you, I adore it forever.
I absolutely adore the idea of them giving each other utterly random and useless things, alongside bad poetry and ridiculously sappy sentimentalities, not so much because I'm all anti-Valentine's Day, but it's just such a very boyish thing to do. How it's all a game, *their* game.
And the beating hearts from Honeydukes, and Peter finally getting fed up with James, and grossing everyone out at breakfast... Loved all the little details & funny asides.
fav line (probably): The fact that Remus sort of liked Valentine's Day was a closely-guarded secret, somewhere in the vicinity of Let's Leave Slytherin Alone Today, and the Other Thing, of course.
I really like this Remus with a slightly sadistic sense of humor. I think it's totally OOC, I wish more fics added that nuance. Like this manic!Sirius, too, who's trying too hard not to be angsty; and how Remus is the only one who can tame him.
LMAO at adorkably clueless Jamie, especially his liberal interpretation of the text re:the study session.
Peter had accidentally learned how to draw during the tedious hours of History of Magic,
Bwah! That is SO ME!! I can't draw at all, but by the time I completed my degree, you should'a seen the artwork (MASTERPIECES, I tell you!) I was capable of in the margins of my notebook.

I believe it. It's a grand talent. :D Thanks for reading!
