My computer is telling me I have the virus PSW.x-Vir trojan Nortin anti virus didnt dedect anything. Anyone know of free software i can use to get rid of it?

I got my blood work results back, the first I've had done on this new med. Under other it says CRP 21.80 (ne<5) ouch ACTIVE! So since its the weekend I had to look this up.
