A long time ago, I used to do a lot of creative writing. Long, sprawling stories. In the summer between 8th and 9th grades, I wrote an actual book--not a very good one, but over a hundred word-processed pages. But now? Nuttin'. The only fiction I write now is what comes out of my brain when riffing off other people. Like this:

I tried to come up with some way to riff on this, but everything that comes up is purely scatological, which just isn't funny. To me, anyway. There's not much of a character or situation here. :(

I thought of it, actually; the original joke was that since the pen is mightier than the sword, he fights with a pen (or maybe a pen and a sword, which I think is funnier).
