Which is a funny thing to say about the English language, since we have more words than any other. But saying that my husband is allergic to soy (and anise and any kind of dander) doesn't really convey his problem. So I've now gotten two comments on one of my posts that have very little to do with the original post AND they're two people I've never heard of before AND they mention other users that I've not heard of before either (yes, that's a run-on sentence. Sue me). What's going on here?

Have found that my definition of fantasy is obviously different from that of the editors of Fantasy and Science Fiction. We had (in the latest issue) a telepathy story, a vampire story, a werewolf story, a zombie story, a ghost story, a funny mage story, a serious mage story, and a traditional legend-esque story. So as I enter my third month on the diet, I'm increasingly finding that my body is enjoying the diet and doesn't want me to cheat. Primarily, if I have too many grains or sugars or fats, I get nausea and gut-churning. I told this to my dad and his response was "That's good." Sorry for the lack of updates and blog filling. It's one of those sad things that I never have time when I have something interesting, but forget about those interesting things when I do have time.

I keep trying to remind myself that this is not as scary as it seems to me. But this is all new and therefore scary. I want a picture of the frog (Prince Naveen) from the new Princess and the Frog in the pose on the preview with cranky eyes and kissy lips! He's so adorable like that, but I can't seem to find one :-(

Hey! This year's Western regional Irish dance championships will be held in Denver, November 20-22 downtown at the convention center. Besides our solo champions, we have two dance dramas, which are like plays done with Irish dance instead of words.
