First day with the new puppy Gojira!

The puppy is here! Poe it taking lots of pics and video. I didn't even know our digital camera could do video! Heh.

Puppy is playful and social.
And very, very fluffy!

................I want her. LOL She is just too cute (and she's beautiful!)! Mom and I were driving past your house yesterday and I was like "Oh we shoulda stopped to see the puppy!!" My mom goes "....I would have taken her home" LOL!!

So did you guys buy her a seat on the plane or did they put her in the cargo hold? I'm curious as how she got here..cause mom and I always shudder at the thought of putting an animal down there because they (in the past) have been known to not do well.

She went as air fright in a plane - direct flight to LAX.
Scary I know!

Claire just took her to the vet for a post flight check-up, she is fine.

We looked into it and you can take a animal on a flight as carry on.
They need to be in a approved carrier that will fit under the seat in front of you.
You need to make arrangement with the airline ahead of time and again at check in. (They limit the number of animals allowed per flight)

The problem was that by the time Claire could have gotten a flight to Japan, the puppy would be to big to be checked in.
So she had to flight freight.

But, she is here now and a happy puppy!
