Yesterday, I took this Synergy Hot Yoga class. Apparently, Synergy (as it contrasts to Bikram) is very popular in California now, but has yet to catch on in New York. It's not that the room was that hot (about 97 degrees and 55% humidity - like Laura country), just the same, i have never ever ever sweated that much in my entire life ( Read more... )
