i know its unhealthy because bad things keep happening to me...but i cant help thinking some of the most evil things aboyut my ex...its horrible. i catch myself doing it out of nowhere...i cant even drive or take a shit or sleep without wishing something horrible upon him. its really bad, i know. i'm trying harder and harder each day
