Warm up as per usual - walking lunges 30
followed by 2 circuits of
25 x squats with 5kg bar & 2 x 2.5kg plates
25 x bench press with 2 x 6kg dumbells
25 x bent over row with 2 x 4kg dumbells
25 x shoulder press with 2 x 4kg dumbells
25 x narrow grip pull down with 22.5kg
12 x lunges/12 step ups (alternate sets)
then 2 circuits of
25 x
