I am in a food frenzy over my new Kylie Kwong book. Here. This is a FANTASTIC book and my favourite christmas present. Lots of stories as well as the recipes. Stories about organic food producers and sour dough bread makers for instance. Beautiful full page photographs of the farms and crops.

*Yum* about the eggplant dish. Is it too long to post for us? Hah, if it's all on one page you could photograph it and post that like Nikki did once. :)

Do you dig down and just break a bit of the rhizome off? Or do you have to harvest whole plant?
