Man, oh man. Been a long week already, and I'm pretty sure it ain't gonna let up. Ain't there an old sayin' or somethin' that says weird shit comes in threes? I say bring itCan't sleep, no surprise there, even though I ain't been workin' on much for the last couple of days. Nothin' to be done about. June's when it really starts gettin' hot and ( Read more... )

x. Maybe X-Men, though I heard it kinda sucked

Plot holes big enough to lose characters in but REALLY COOL action scenes!

Man...I heard that they fucked up all the shit established in the comics, and threw in a whole ton of people that never get developed. Fuckin' lame.

Sadly that is also the case.

Do not go in expecting more than the following:

+ Awesome explosions.
+ Fantastic effects for Angel's wings.
+ Mystique once again just being the hottest. (I had to explain this fact a little to Chizuru but I think she understood me in the end.)

Well, if it wasn't your fault, then what did happen? I've never seen Rukia fall apart so much, even if it was only on a journal entry.

I did not fall apart, I was taken ill. You cannot compare the ramblings of an evidently fevered mind to a person 'falling apart'. It is a very different thing. I believe I held up adequately under the circumstances, though with little support from those one might expect to be sympathetic. Thank you for your concern, Mizuiro.

Perfectly okay. Renji suggested seeing a film, if you are certain your masculinity can hold up to watching a movie featuring shirtless men with wings, I would not be adverse to seeing X-Men.

Rukia. Angel is a badass 'Least in the comics. Actually, he becomes one of Apocalypse's horsemen and his wings change into these crazy steel pinions that can SHOOT PEOPLE and then he realizes that he's lost the call of justice and frees himself of the brainwashin' and goes off by himself to seek truth as the Archangel.

Clearly, we ain't got the same expectations for this movie.

I see.

And do you want to go with us, or would you rather be alone with your man-crush?
