I think it would be pretty awesome to be an Au Pair - or something, my foot is itching. I want to leave the country. I want to go to Israel or Europe or somewhere in Latin America. ~drools~ Strawberries.... I'm bringing you lettuce. Lots of lettuce, because I don't want to have to eat it all... Maybe I'll give some to Katie too... You know those giant bowls we have? Yeah, I pretty much have one of those full of all kinds of lettuce... Apparently when you ignore the garden for a week it just keeps growing things.

You should make lettuce wraps.

Which is finely diced chicken stir-fried with similarly-prepared vegetables and sauce with rice wrapped in a large piece of iceberg lettuce. They're amazing.

Now you know.
