And as far as your pants fitting looser, GOOD FOR YOU! I am sort of doing the South Beach... I use the recipes, but I don't follow it to a tee because I'm broke every other week ahahh. But I've been really good about snacking on nuts, slim jims, fruits and veggies... which was my biggest hurdle. I also don't eat after 9 p.m., because I get home at 7:30 - 8:00. I'm going by my pants fitting too, because my scale is a big fat liar. It says I've been stable, when I've fit into the 2nd beltloop on a belt that I couldn't even get the ends to touch before....
So yeah! DIET TALK IS FUN. I'm really proud of you!
i really haven't lost much weight, but my pants fit better and that's what counts.
i started on the 31st so that phase 1 would end on valentine's day so i can reward myself. i bought tons of food and my parents are real helpful cause they are on the diet too. i hope i can stick with it.
