This is really awesome so far :D

A pause - another vibrate. “She doesn’t look good. Yeah, her face is bad. Her demeanor is worse. The golden star that is Rachel Berry has fizzled out, replaced by someone so small that you could step on her.”
- This line made me uneasy for some reason, but I guess it makes sense coming from Kurt, because he's dramatic like that - it just felt for a moment like you talking through him.

And I loved these two lines:

Santana briefly considered performing an illegal abortion on Quinn, but then thought better of it

And the one about Santana saying she would 'pop' Quinn if it wouldn't upset Brittany xD

Great stuff! Can't wait to see more of where this is going :)

Also, OMG, Rachel playing Quinn at the end was fantastic, and I love how bitchy Quinn's been acting.
