Wow. That's a lot to process! I think a lot of what everybody does is a way to deal with their own anxiety whatever the root cause.

I read a lot of Asimov when I was a kid. One of the main reasons I love science fiction.

Interesting response to anxiety. We all develop coping mechanisms, and that is an interesting process you are using.
