She put alot of effort and energy into that facade of hers.
Also, medication doesn't prevent people from doing themselves harm. You can be on ineffective anti-depressants.
In this case, I'd say the diagnosis was made because she wanted it to be made. It was either that or keep putting the energy into the facade, burn out, and fall.
Speculations.
About your last point: The female "species". It often helps if you talk to them. If you don't, then you have no idea what's going on.
i'm not upset at you anymore. i haven't seen you since sunday night, nor been online at the same time as you or anything, so how would you come to that? i don't know. i'm not avoiding you or anything, but i wasn't at school monday, you weren't at school tuesday, i just didn't run across you today...i didn't talk to you there because i'd already made it clear that it was a pretty serious clashing of worlds for me, and so i did what i could to lessen the impact for me, and make it easier. maybe that didn't make it easier for you but - well, we made the last week rather difficult for each other, so it's even, now let's forget about it. love. peace ~me
p.s. way to make it really subtle who it was about...
oh, and as for the friend, cari is quite right. besides which, there are still things that this friend may not have told you - if it is who i think it is, for someone close to both of us confided the same information in me recently, and for a perhaps i was just getting different signals, or this person and i talked about different things...i don't know where i was going with that. and as for girls...we're not so crazy as you want to believe. it's all quite logical, but just because logic doesn't work out the way you thought it would, or wanted it to...that doesn't mean it's crazy. much love. peace ~me
*smiles* yes, anti-depressants don't always work. but friend do. there are many things about people that you would never suspect. girls? are complicated, maybe. some are crazy. many may think the male species are crazy. *insert sexist remark here*
theater can be wonderful, especially if you feel appreciated. here concludes my randon pointless comment.
