I've gone from elation and general happyness to... To... I'm not entirely sure what I've gone to, yet. Seems to be part apathy, part random cover-humor (I resorted to it much more often than I usually do last night), part sadness, part annoyance, and part... I'm still not sure. Basically the undersleeping-oversleeping thing goes like this. You wake up tired, but you bite the bullet all day and stay awake. The next night you go to bed early and you're easily able to to wake up early.

However, that way is stupid. Here's my way. Take a double dose of Nyquil two hours before you plan to go to bed. It's a lot less painful, but you can't do this very often for fear of liver damage.
