summer
well, summer has officially arrived. the boys finished the school year friday, and have been buck wild since then. so today boot camp starts...and swim lessons. we will be working on cleanliness (personal and environmental), respect for others, and ATTITUDE. i am hesitant to post details because i would like to be able to forget later down the ( Read more... ) -

my daughter
this morning i am flooded with gratitude and joy. my daughter, my beautiful and amazing daughter, is here with me after years of sensing her absence, knowing something was missing. and i am complete. this morning as i was laying her down for her nap, the soft glow of sunshine through the curtains lit her face and i was humbled. humbled to be ( Read more... ) -

so i am sitting here holding my beautiful daughter in my lap while she takes a very needed nap. a few minutes ago i felt her gums (she's been teething), and felt the tiniest little sliver of tooth poking out. she has a tooth! my baby girl has a tooth. hard to believe we are at this point already. i haven't blogged since i was in labor with her ( Read more... ) -

So I am now 40 weeks and 4 days...we've been waiting for signs that our little baby is ready to join us.
