Damn, this was fantastic! I really, really love your depiction of their relationship. I like that Sherlock is obviously brilliant, but that there are so many layers and depths to John that keep him interested and fascinated. And, honestly, I love your depiction of John. I think it's easy to portray him as long-suffering or dim, but I like that here is has a sharpness to him, and he's able to keep up with Sherlock. Wonderfully done. :)
