these are wonderful photographs. thanks for posting them...it's no surprise to me that some of the most magnificient and powerful animals in this world (horses) are also the most fragile.

It's true. You hold a horse's head and you feel it is always on the brink of pushing you away, you ride a horse and it is something like being in the sea, I think, you feel very light but it is stronger than you think and rolling all around you.

They are like my guardians. Whenever I come home they run up to the gate.

beautiful photos. where i used to live, i would pass by a pony and two horses (mother and baby) on my daily walk. reminds me of this, only this is much more idyllic looking.
