i'm not taking offense, or wanting to change your mind

but

http://www.factoryfarming.com

maybe you've seen this site before. it is kind of like seeing it with your own eyes. eggs and veal seem like the worst to me. also, there is a section on how the way we farm animals actully depletes the environment...

probably more important than animal or environemental concerns are human concerns. i think humans everywhere would be a lot healthier and happier if everyone was veggie. what makes you think it's nota healthy diet?

you can get all 8 of the essential amino acids from a plant based diet--you just have to do it right, and it's not very hard.

okay, that's all i'm gonna say.

enjoy your meat though, if you've gotta.

i definately know its healthy, or can be, what i was meaning to say was someone could be a vegetarian and still eat potato chips and donuts and drink coke all the time. i know vegetarians but dont pay attention to their diet. most likely if they eat those things they arent super unhealthy unless they just do it too much, i eat those things, not very much, a person isnt bad if they do.

im not exactly sure what you mean by human concerns, but i dont think vegetarianicoism will make people more peaceful or less crazy or warful if that is what you are referring to. but if i am wrong i would super gladly go veggie. what do you mean by human concerns?

i wasnt meaning to be offensive in any way, if i was tell me please, the way i am thinking about this right now is totally neutral in my head and if someone were to be offended its probably bc i didnt explain something good.

carnivores could be more environment concerned due to the need to keep animalias alive in order to later kill and eat themchother.

meat is gross to me. but so are carbonated beverages and chips, yet i still eat them, but in moderation. meat just seems like the most convenient thing to eat for most people, but i think there are a lot of soy based products that can easily replace any nutritional value that meats may hold (protien, etc.)
smoothie king is good. and healthy. and meat-less.
