I see a big difference between paying thousands of dollars to go to school so you can study study study in college and getting paid thousands of dollars to put the skills you've worked hard so hard to develop and perfect into practice during your career. People won't always be happy in their careers because it's work, and work is difficult sometimes. But it's rewarding. You can't always do what makes you happiest. Some people are fortunate enough to do that, but most can't. I once had a teacher who told us being an adult isn't about doing what you want to do, but about doing what needs to be done. What makes a person happy doesn't always keep the electricity running, it doesn't pay for the hot water or groceries. You just have to have pride in what you do.
