Yes you do need a sequel, if for nothing else Sam's reaction especially as right now in his angry state of mind I can see him thinking that Dean will probably just be pulling his leg about leaving.

Oh my heart. Ow ow. Yes a sequel please! This season is killing me and I'd really like to read some resolution. I think that the boys actually need something this serious to happen to wake them up and remember why they love each other. Right now I am clinging to Carver saying this is all about perception. I am hoping we are just getting Dean's POV and once we see Sam's everything will make sense. Right now? Not so much. I'll keep my fingers crossed though!

I'm with you on this, I'm hoping for more, I'm hoping for some sort of REAL explanation as to why Sam didn't look for Dean and some reconcilition, but right now? things are some messed up! *sigh* well, maybe something will happens, we'll see. Poor Dean. I think this could be exactly where his head is at right now. I think the boys are going to need something extreme like Dean leaving in order to get back on track. Dean's always shoved his feelings down, either because he can't share them or because no one wants to deal with them, and he's got to really lay it on the line for Sam. Sam has to really listen to where Dean's coming from and decide what he wants from their brotherhood, because Dean's right--they can't go on like this. Neither of them are happy. Thank you for sharing this.

Thank you for reading it and understanding so well where I'm coming from. I'm glad you think I've got Dean mind right and totally agree with you, things needs to change between the brothers and an apology or a real explanation of why Sam didn't look for Dean would be a good start.

But just a start though. this is why this fic is long, there is so many issues that Dean had to deal with, so many things that Sam did and that disregarded their brotherhood... I want to see a change and in my fic, it's Dean leaving for good, for sam and for himself.
