It is a depressing time, folks.  I'm unemployed, awaiting official acceptance from UVIC to finalize September plans, super broke and spending far too much time by myself.  Not helping the unemployed factor is that my printer broke and now I have to go out and pay to get resumes printed out.  5 weeks of searching and so many applications I've lost ( Read more... )

I already had a crappy registration date, July 19th, but at least my time was 7am. Now they've changed it. When is it now? 2pm. Not only did 7am give me better chances for getting my courses but it meant that it wouldn't interfere with my work schedule. Now, I need to check the calendar...

So, working at the antique mall today, I found some uber-fun pennants. They're old and really tacky. Lara, would you like a White Rock one that's brown and has a multicoloured duck on it? Larissa, how about a Vancouver Aquarium one? And who doesn't want a Flintstones one? I want a baby blue Nanaimo one... It's good stuff.
