we've barely spoken to eachother in the past few weeks. and i haven't recieved any calls to hang out when everyone else is.
i do appreciate your friendship... you're my paigishness and you always will be. i just wasn't sure if anyone else was interested in being friends anymore. it'd hadn't felt like it.

Nicole! You're a poophead. Of course I haven't called you. You were on the phone with me when my cingular decided to take a giant dump all over my service. The only person I've called since that conversation with you is Matt. And that's just because his number is saved in Bobby's phone. As for the barely spoken and no invitations, kindly recall what we were discussing that night. Hanging out together. But YOU were going out with other people. People who did not include me. So. Poop on you.

I don't think that my current comment accurately reflects how offended I was when I read your entry. I tried to keep my temper in check because I do value our friendship to a certain degree. However, I've thought on it, and I think that you don't always realize the effects things you say and do have on people. In this entry, you come off as extraordinarily self-centered. "Why aren't people talking to me? Why aren't they inviting me places?" The truth of it is, Nicole, we have. And sometimes you have come. (As in the last thing we all did with Matt, Rachel, Lily, etc. In this example, you came late and we stayed up until 4am) And sometimes you have not. (Last Thursday, I invited you to hang out, but you had other plans.) However, I believe the last time YOU called ME to invite ME to do something was the weekend before Christmas, when we exchanged gifts. Friendships are supposed to go two directions, you know ( ... )
