why am i so paranoid?

my head hurts and im having another case of insecurity with my relationship. Gray usually texts me about ever other day and says "have a good day. luv u." which i know sounds about right but some body pointed out to me. "luv u" and "I love you" mean 2 different things. I then started asking around which every body said about the same thing. I mean

jolina babe words are words. people say alot of things and dont necessarily mean them. you have the judge his actions, the way he treats you, the way he looks at you. remember when i recapped the thing in the mall when he said "i'd never hit you?" i remembering thinking "wow, he really loves her" not because of what he said but because of how he said it and the look on his face when he said it. and dont let your paranoia consume you and let you assume things. assumptions are usually wrong and usually end up destroying everything. trust me.
on the other hand, if he does break your heart...you need only three words...
