Followed an fm_alchemist link.

I don't think Izumi was too preachy at all. It kind of fit that even though she's no longer his teacher there are still things that can be learned, from both ends.

I'm glad you set up the kiss the way you did. If it was placed, say after a tragedy, the reader is left wondering whether or not the romance is "real" or not. And I ramble on...

Hi, welcome! I usually update ff.net last because its a pain. Their system always wrecks my formating and it takes hours to re-edit everything. Plus I like the option I have to chat with reviewers on LJ. Yeah, I really considered either izumi living or just not having her in the story at all, but I thought that was unrealistic based on what we know about her in the anime already. (i guess this story is official not manga-verse now ( ... )

Ok so this was just an awesome update. It was eloquent and flowing in all the right spots. And I couldn't have pictured a better time for their first kiss than the set up in this chapter. You've done them all justice. It's just fantastic. I simply adored it. Trust me, I could gush on and on but I'm sure you'd get tired of reading it after awhile so just know that this was a pure win update, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. ;)

&&& The mentions of Code Geass stirred me to use my Lelouch/Kallen icon, lol. I absolutely agree with you, CG is purely epic and detailed and so damn deep that you're just like, "omfg I think I'm in love." lol. The characters are beautiful and depthy. I just adore Lelouch (he's so damn smexy) and Kallen, prolly the reason they're my OTP in the series. But the story and epicness of it all, it's just Squee-tastic. =) Have you finished the series yet or just started?

Thank you! And yeah, I finished CG and already order the first season and DVD and started watching them! Yeah I really liked Lelouch/Kallen but really too feel for Shirly. So sad. And Euphy/Suzaku (Oh how I love Suzaku). Oh and Oghi/villeta. I like all the characters (exept maybe Nina. She annoyed me.) Its also one of the few animes that I'll read slash for too!

PS: Sorry if I got the names spelling wrong, I am new to this fandom and havent got that all down yet.

i either go for the lulu x cc or lulu x shirley pairings in cg...and i also hated nina (she's just too...eew...with her "obsession")

but still, i'm totally looking forward to that new season for cg (if there really is a new season) because i'm quite curious on how the creators will take on the story plot after viewers witnessed the events in cg r2...

but if it's a prequel, that works for me too... :P

That might be cool. But I'd still miss Lelouch. I was expecting that by now we'd hear more on this 'prequel' but nothing so far and its been awhile since the announcement.

Cute! I think Izumi was fine. Maybe some more coughing for effect though. There's also a few spelling etc errors, did you mind if I point them out?

Oh no. Please do. I don't really have a beta reader, I just look it over 3 or 4 (5,6,7?) times before I update but I still miss things. Thank you!
