Yeah, generally they won't take the points away especially when you already have some on your record. I got a ticket up at state for careless driving and i'm fighting just out of spite. Cause the cop wrote down the opposite of what i actually did. ASSHOLE! so i'll probably loose but hey, you gotta give it a shot.
