Sorry I can't help with the questions, but I just wanted to ask you what you thought of the Prydain Chronicles :) I think it was a pretty good series, so I hope you liked them, too! (If not, don't worry, you're still KEWL to me!)

Let me explain that last one a bit more...
Individualistic societies place more importance on the independence and growth of the individual. Collectivistic societies are generally thought to place more importance on the group-or the family-rather than the individual. For instance, an individual is typically expected to make sacrifices for the good of the family in collectivistic culture. Where would your consider your "growing up" culture to be...more on the individualistic or more collectivistic? Or whereabouts on the continuum?

I'm contemplating an ESL course in the near future. There's a super-intense, 5 week course offered in Bournemouth, England that gives you a Level 4 TESL certificate. Can you tell me what that means? Job security in Russia and all that.
And sorry I can't help on the interview questions. I'm 100% Caucasian.

I was just thinking I need to nudge you. Are you still working with Preschool/Pre-K age kids? If you are, I'd love to pick your brain if you have a moment.
