Someone on linguaphiles found the BBC had compiled what were essentially the most annoying phrases banded around the office.
My personal favorite was 'You can't have your cake and eat it, so you have to step up to the plate and face the music.'

Okay, admittedly I went to the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus winter concert thingy because I had a friend performing. But they were good. Seriously good. Great combo of beautiful music and utter silliness. Definitely worth it.
