Still feeling a bit fragile today

I think it's official, I'm rubbish at being an outdoorsy type.  Whilst I faced a fear by doing some abseils yesterday as I am so clumsy i haven't actually got over the fear, now I just have a better understanding of why I have that fear.  I'm sure when I feel less battered and bruised I will be better but right now I am sulking at how much it hurts
