I need to do just that with my diet to help me get back on track, what's your specialized diet?

Well, on Monday I ate the following:

Breakfast -- A bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon, maple syrup and flax seeds; a green smoothie (kale, strawberries, banana, and frozen mango); and green tea.
Lunch -- 1/4 cup each of homemade guacamole and salsa, as many baby carrots as I could stomach, and about a cup of watermelon.
Dinner -- a medium zucchini sauteed in two teaspoons of olive oil with dried thyme and 3/4 cup fat-free refried beans with garlic.
Dessert -- two chocolate squares

It was only around 1200 calories, but I didn't go to bed too hungry.
