Getting Ready for Christmas

I am about 90% done my Christmas shopping.  And, for the first year I've been wrapping as I have been buying, so that's saving me even more time.

I had Alexander's pictures taken for Christmas last week.  The proofs will be ready on Thursday and then the actual photos will be ready on the 20th.  Better late than never.

I'm so sorry about your mom. I know what you are going through. =(

We do Christmas buffet style. There's too many of us and we like to be more comfortable lounging around after such an exciting day.

Holy Tree! That's huge! It looks beautiful though. =)

Yeah, buffet style is going to be a lot better I think. That way people can graze as much as they like while we are opening.

I'm sorry about your mom. Those words feel useless, but there really isn't anything else to say.

And, yes, I know. There really is not a lot anyone can say. It's funny really. At this point, I don't even really let it affect me anymore. My reaction to it is no where near as emotional as 5 or 10 years ago.

Yes, there were a lot of needles since it took so much manuvering to get the thing set up. LOL.
