Getting Ready for Christmas
I am about 90% done my Christmas shopping. And, for the first year I've been wrapping as I have been buying, so that's saving me even more time.
I had Alexander's pictures taken for Christmas last week. The proofs will be ready on Thursday and then the actual photos will be ready on the 20th. Better late than never.

It feels like we've been painting every day for over a week. And, I think we have.

My mom has agreed to go to an inpatient substace abuse program. A bed will be available to her at Father Martin's Ashley on Thursday. Now, she really hasn't told us that she agreed to go. There was a lot of slurred "I'm not going away......" But she did talk to a counselor there twice and told him she would go. Now all we have to do is get to ( Read more... ) -
Highlights
Tomorrow I have an appointment to get my hair cut and highlighted. But, I can't decide what color highlights. I usually go with blonde for the summer, so I'm thinking something a little more muted for now. Red seems like too much - - - - although I keep seeing fire engine red in my mind.
