Back when I was working in the Berkshires, the company entered into a contest for the Lark Books 500 Gemstone Jewels book. Boy this sure has been a looooooooooooooooooooong week. At least today I can finally catch my breath.

Well today, I sold one of my dancer pendant necklaces. It's the first piece of mine that I've sold through the store. I'm happy.

I haven't been this angry and sad at the same time in a verrrrrrry long time. Part of me wants to slap one of my best friends upside the head for the stupid shit they're into right now. Woohoo!!! I'm gonna be in a book! Granted I've got a buncha paperwork to fill out and a project to complete, but yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

This morning when i tried to get out of bed felt like the perfect time for the classic line, "help, i've fallen and i can't get up!" This is going to be a very loooooooong exhausting week.

I'm toying with the idea of going through some of my projects from risd and selling them at my workplace. The only problem is I have no idea how much I would want to sell them for... Oh well, I'll figure that out later. Right now it's time for MacGyver!
