Wow so it's been a little bit since I've posted a really nice update. Makayla turned 16 months old on Jan 29th. She is no longer on the bottle, she no longer sleeps in a crib. She has her own bed. She uses big people plates, and silverwear. She has a vocublary of around 10 words. Her hair is alot longer and is extremely curly ( Read more... )

So new stuff to tell everyone. Andy will not be going on deployment with the ship when it leaves. His chain of command decided to leave him behind and place him on beach detachment. You know I am so tired of trying to make friends. Back in Mid October I joined a mom's group and everytime one of their kids are sick they send an email to the group saying keep us in your prayers yadda fucking yadda. Well the trip to Baltimore was uneventful but good. Kayla is talking more thanks to my parents. Well Andy and I got each other a dinning room set for christmas. It's sooo pretty. I think it's sad that Sunday was Andys birthday and not one friend of his called him to say happy birthday.

Well in 10 days, Andy, Kayla and me will be doing the always exhausting haul to the Maryland to visit the parentals and family for the holidays. Even though we won't be there for christmas ( we fly back the afternoon of the 21st) it will be lots of fun.
