So I was in Saint Augustine with my friend Chad this weekend and as we were leaving dinner we passed by a bum who asked us for a dollar. I personally do not believe in handing cash but Chad is a nice boy and forked over the cash. The bum then said he would earn the dollar and not just take it. For those of you I have added who might be thinking "who the hell is this." Its Amber AKA the Mad Hatter at the Halloween Party this weekend.
