We have a new dog! her name is Ginger, she's a 4 year old great dane! We got her from "Gentle Giants Rescue" and she is such a GENTLE GIANT. she's so big! so lovely. We're keeping her indoors, and she sleeps on my floor. i feel so domestic with her. She wakes me up in the morning (at 7am mind you) by licking my toes. Then i'm like, five more ( Read more... )

so my dad is renovating the house, leaving it a bit unfamiliar to me. I'm trying to tidy up my room - throw away unnecessary and unmeaningful junk, and at the same time go over the things i have. ok, so just to update. I lost my passport the day before i was suppose to leave london. So i had to go to the chinese embassy to get a temporary "travel document" in order to leave. Loosing my passport also means i lost my visa for England - which is going to be a pain. Oh well. Now, the next bridge to cross is to get a new passport here in Beijing ( Read more... )

it's really quite sad.. i've been finished for a week and people ask me, OH so what have you been doing on break? and i say... um.. work? haha, and sleep. Which is really pretty much nothing special. this is hour one of my geography revision. What i've noticed.. English weather is an unpredictable thing - one moment it is nice and sunny, albiet a bit windy - and the next i feel like i'm in a thunderstorm.
