I just started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer!

( A few thoughts on the first episode. )

I just stated watching a few months ago, and yes, I'm already done. I got totally addicted after the first few episodes... It gets pretty gross, and although the special effects do suck, they were pretty great for a network show in the late 90's... also, the show gets darker and darker until around season four, where it turns into a prime time teen porno (still fun, but for other reasons...) Anyway, I love the show as I'm a total romance AND sci-fi geek and this gives me both in a very nostalgia-inducing 90's packaging (who didn't love the 90's, really?)

I hope you keep watching and enjoy it as much as I did!

I know, I know, I'm only about thirteen years too late. I can't help it, I'm not good at getting into things when they come out. It's why the newest console I own is a PS2. :P

I'm still stuck on PS2 as well. Amarissia is not good with change so much. :)

My younger sister was an obsessive Buffy fan, so I saw it pretty much from the beginning. It's hilarious and occasionally a bit heartbreaking, and stands the test of time, I think. Just wait till you see how different it is from the very beginning to the very end!
