I leave for LA in a week. Next Friday morning my dad and I will load my car and spend four days driving out there. Before I go, I have to: pack, finish my resume, spend some time with my friends here, say goodbye to the kids I babysit, get my car checked out, and buy a new computer. So my sister-in-law had an *interesting* experience with TSA  people recently.  I thought some of you would enjoy reading about it.

I didn't get in to grad school. And I'm surprisingly not that upset. I'm going to spend this week (mostly friday) figuring out where I'm going to be moving this summer. Which means I'm going to try to find a job in Seattle or LA. Because I apparently love both those cities.

I just said goodbye to my brother, and now he's on his way back to Chico. Before that I had coffee with Charity. She's on her way to LA. To live there. I'll see her in two weeks when I go out there, but it won't be the same ever again.

- a ticket to Seattle for January 12th-16th
