So I brought this year in with a big bang..wish my man was with me, but oh well. I got to spoil him on friday though. I made him steak w/balsamic vinegar dressing and feta cheese on top w/ aparagus and procuitto w/ feta cheese on top and mexican rice. It turned out really well, since I think the last time I cooked it was for Courtney a while back. ( Read more... )
