haha that was interesting. I knew most of them, but some of them seriously threw me off, like リモコン and ワープロ. And I thought only Aussies were lazy and shortened everything >.> XDDD;;

Errrr....my original guess was 'mayonnaise' but that doesn't explain the random ラー in there....idk. Mail? Mailer? Is that even a word? >.>; XD

Yes you're almost there. マヨラー refers to people who like Mayonnaise so much they put it on everything they eat. As in Mayo-er.

The first time I heard the explanation I laughed until my stomach hurt.

Heh this was fun. I have no real knowledge about Japanese, btw, except for what one can pick up while reading scanlations (but I haven't done that for quite a few years). ^^

Yeah. I guess some of the words (e.g. non-step bus) one wouldn't know unless they're actually seeing the buses in Japan.
