Today my new professor informed us that we all had to friend her on facebook because 2% of our grade is going to come from our ability to start a discussion thread on the group the she has created for our class (fb is now even making WebCT obsolete...). This semester has been both a time of progess and of definate regression. Only 5 months until life as a graduate, suddenly with no plans and no ties. The trick is to keep breathing, and wait for the full weight of that to hit me -

This is stupid. If the past year of my life were an (incredibly uninteresting) movie, everyone in the audience would be rooting for our characters to be together. But somehow I can't get there. -

I got offered a job today, which is stellar and incredibly relieving. The past month has been trying to find a balance between being a regular-world person again and not losing touch with everything I felt on project. I don't think being a bum has been helpful, mostly because I'm no good at it. I'm so excited to feel productive and needed again. -

I'm full of small news and missing people. I've been in Creston since Sunday. Work is mind-numbingly dull and leaves me generally too exhausted to accomplish things.
