When I run into people from my past it is usually either awkward or...just generally lame and disappointing. Glad that is not the case for you.

I'm afraid this one is turning into disappointing. I wish all the people I used to know no longer had friends so that they would want to be mine. Is that crazy? I think so.

No, not crazy. Or we're both crazy, I suppose. I don't usually feel that way about people from my past, but with people from my present. It seems many people have fuller lives than me.

Sometimes having a conversation from a past friend is really comforting, other times, it can hurt, and still others, like you mentioned, can end up being disappointing. I hope things worked out!
