Vermont makes me wonder why I'm so selfish. Actually, it just makes me think about how there's so much more to life than SoLows and iPods and cell phones. And while Newton is safe, friendly, good-school-y, and Jewish, I've been brought up in an environment where many of the kids around me think the earth DOES revolve around money. Those are some really good points.

My Grammy's got a house up in NH in the woods, and I usually just wander off and be cool by myself and not care. Which is always nice. It seems like you needed it. =)

only in vermont can you hitchhike back to your condo without getting scared for your life. only in vermont can you find people with skilifts as porch rockers. only in vermont can you run into complete strangers who will go out of their way to pick up your fallen skis. yeah, basically, i love vermont.
