Vermont makes me wonder why I'm so selfish. Actually, it just makes me think about how there's so much more to life than SoLows and iPods and cell phones. And while Newton is safe, friendly, good-school-y, and Jewish, I've been brought up in an environment where many of the kids around me think the earth DOES revolve around money. And of course

Um... I love Vermont too. But I usually never want to go. But not because of the community...its because of my grandparents but other than that. I love it so much. The way I just go to the common in the middle of nowheres and lie down and read and draw and play with the random community dogs that jump on me and its so refreshing and good. And breaks from real a money related society are much needed all the time. Just like how me and my mom go up to Squam Lake every labor day weekend and just chilll out and boat and swim before school. Its so relaxing and such...as you can probably tell I need one of those weekends right now.
