I seriously need a new car

My battery died, I think. I REALLY REALLY need a new car. Is it possible to win the lottery or something? Not the 80 million, but just enough for a car . . . one that, well, runs. :-(

On the plus side, I got some job hopefuls . . . keep my fingers crossed, huh? :-D

Well, I got an email a few days ago from the foreign lang coordinator of Roanoke schools, who had my app from LAST YEAR. I emailed her back, saying that I would love an interview, but since they are having them next Mon and Tues, and I am 4 hrs away, that wont be possible. And, I can't get out of school, because I have to help proctor SOLs, and I am obligated to do that, unless I am really sick. I ask if a weekend or phone interview is possible, under the circumstances ( ... )

I am so sorry hun. Are you in Lburg or Richmond? Which areas are the jobs in?

Richmond . . . we went to see if we could possibly see the R-Braves game (which was sold out, so it was kinda pointless). We go back to the car`30 min later, and all of a sudden, the car`would not start. We didn't leave the lights on either, I don't know . . .

Well, there are a few, and I have an application that I am getting out that is for 50+ school divisions, but look at my sister Jenn's response (above) for info on the one I was thinking about last night :-P
