So I went to the doctor Sat and figured out why I've been coughing so much and why I've been so sick lately. I got some meds (antibiotics and cough medicine), so hopefully I can get better and be able to sleep through the night soon ( Read more... )

This week sucks. I can't really talk about it, but it does. To make matters worse, I am sick . . . BUT I still had to go to work today, because I was out yesterday and I only have 3 more sick days left. Better keep them just in case I get REALLY sick in the next 2 1/2 months ( Read more... )

Yesterday I went to a seminar for Spanish teachers in Richmond . . . it was GREAT and I learned so much! The speaker was awesome, and kinda reminded me of myself in the way that he spoke in English sometimes and randomly twisted some Spanish in there . . . or vice versa. :-P Maybe its a spanish-teacher thing ( Read more... )

Oh, I also got to spend last night with Russ and Jenn. It was a lot of fun; Russ served some delicious food, and we got to play a game of darts before heading off to bed. On a much happier note, congrats to Jen and Herbert on having an adorable (and healthy!) baby girl!! I cannot wait to see her as she grows up, and I know you two will make the most amazing parents!
