Courses

I found out today that I won't be able to do a retake of one of the courses I left 20 years ago. It will be a permanent zero on my record. They don't offer it at Cortland any longer and if I were to take it somewhere else, it wouldn't get rid of the zero. I could use more wood, but I'm not giving up the sheep. You've got to know that as a student, I'm already "sheep" deprived!

Don't stress it. My freshman gpa sucked ass and I did ok in the end.

I'm doing well now and it is bringing my GPA up to something more respectable. I spoke with the head of the psych dept yesterday, then my advisor walked in. I had the chance to watch as they bounced ideas off one another. They may put something together for me, even if it turns out I'm the only person who takes the course!

If it doesn't happen, oh well. I don't really want to take that course again. I got what I needed from it the last time - except for the grade. I'm glad to know a similar situation worked out well for you. Thanks for sharing that.
