My dad had a consult with his nutritionist today re: his diet plan to control his diabetes. Tonight, he proudly showed me the worksheet he had to fill out titled: "Diabetes Success Plan".
Under 'How will the change help me?', he wrote: "control blood sugar". Under 'What might get in my way?", he wrote: "Lose happy for eating but ok." (!!!) -

Yeah yeah, I know a lot of asians are lactose intolerant but lactosetolerance.org is really cute! Ironically, Taiwan's flavored milk is superior in taste to anything I've had in America. Anyway, I like goofy viral stuff like this so check out their PSA! Their map of America charting brown vs pink states is particularly clever.
